Originally from Gig Harbor, Washington, Fuqua received his Bachelor of Arts and Masters of Divinity degrees from Multnomah. He served as a pastor of Peninsula Christian Fellowship in Gig Harbor for twenty-four years. Fuqua began working as the director of IRM in February 2000. His leadership activities include facilitating summits, equipping others, and developing and maintaining relationship connections with the network of people in IRM. Howard Boyd, South Central Representative Howard has pastored Branson Hills Assembly of God in Branson, Missouri, for nearly twenty years. He serves as an IRM representative in Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, and Texas. Boyd has a heart to see large citiesand smaller communities impacted by the prayer movement. Steve Hall, Washington State Representative Steve lives in the greater Seattle area. As an IRM representative, he networks with the pastors in Washington in various streams of prayer. He actively visits pastors' prayer groups, works alongside other prayer ministries in the area, and facilitates Prayer Summits. Steve and his wife, Johnnie, have two children. Daryl Knudeson, Women’s Representative Daryl has been a pastor’s wife for nearly nineteen years, with the past six as an Air Force chaplain’s wife. Daryl ministers with her husband Jason through counseling and teaching adults in the civilian and military communities. She is passionate about leading women in Bible Study, and has written several Bible studies which have been taught mainly within the military community of Protestant Women of the Chapel (USAF), and in her home study group. She has been involved with IRM since 1993, first attending summits, then facilitating women’s and co-ed summits for the past eight years. Jason and Daryl have three children. Jody Mayhew, Special Representative Jody ministers with her husband, Dan, in Summit Fellowships, a network of house churches in Portland, Oregon. During the last twenty years, she has worked as a counselor and teacher to women, as well as a director and consultant for women's ministries. God has equipped her with discernment and a passion for Himself that has been used in a variety of summit contexts. As more communities have expressed a desire for coed summits, Mayhew has played a key role in that arena, often facilitating with her husband. They have three children. Richard Palmer, Secretary
Richard is a retired dentist who was called into full time ministry in 1985. He has served on church boards and as administrator for two churches. He traveled as a personal assistant to Luis Palau for a year before finding his true call at Multnomah Bible College with Northwest Renewal Ministry in 1989. Richard was the third member of the NWR team with Dr. Joe Aldrich and Terry Dirks. NWR became IRM and he was very active in conferences and Prayer Summits for over 12 years. He is now Secretary of the Multnomah Board on which he has served for since 1994 and also Secretary of the IRM Board. His wife Sally was in leadership of BSF for 15 years (19 years total) and is now in leadership for several years in the local Beth Moore bible studies. Glen Weber, Facilitator
Glen began attending prayer summits in Spokane, Washington in 1996. In 1999 he was invited to begin facilitating summits in Spokane and elsewhere. He has been a pastor for thirty-five years – 14 months in the United Kingdom, 21 years in Canada, 11 years in Spokane, Washington, 3 years in Vancouver, WA and has now been pastor of a church in Pasadena, CA for the past year. Since his heart is for unity among churches, Glen was a founding member of Mission Spokane which brought together over 200 congregations for prayer, community events and ministry to the community. Dick Williams, IRM Treasurer
For over forty years Dick pastored churches in Illinois and California while traveling in ministry to Haiti, England, Australia, South America, and Eastern Europe. The focus of his teaching ministry has been on the kingdom of God and learning to minister in the life and power of the Holy Spirit. For ten years he served as part of the Servant Leader Team of the Pastors' Prayer Fellowship in Sonoma County, California.
