To upload a multimedia object into your image library, simply start by left-clicking on the yellow "Insert" button on the control panel. Once you have done so, the "Insert" window will appear. To upload a multimedia object, left click on the "Multimedia" icon.

If you do not have a multimedia object listed within your library and would like to upload it, left click on the "Upload Media" button; located at the bottom center of the "Insert Media" window. Once you have left clicked on "Upload Media" the browse section of your computer will appear. You must browse your computer to locate the image you wish to upload into your "Library". After you have located the file name for the image you wish to upload, left click on “Open” button. When you left click on "Open", you will notice the file name appear in the space provided. Once the file name is listed within the space provided, left click on the "Upload Files" button.

Note: Before you insert multimedia onto your website it must be uploaded into your multimedia library. To learn how to upload multimedia into your library, please go to "How To Upload Multimedia?"
To insert multimedia onto your canvas, simply start by left clicking on the "Insert" button of the control panel. Once you have done so, the "Insert" window will appear. To insert a multimedia file, left click on the "Multimedia" icon. You will notice the "Insert Multimedia" window is divided into two sections; "Select Media Below" and "Preview Clip Below". Scroll through your multimedia files until you locate the file you wish to insert into your website. Once you locate the file you wish to insert simply left click on the check box next to the name of the file. You will now see a preview of the multimedia file on the right side of the screen. Below the "Preview Clip Below" screen you will see that you are able to "Select Preferred Player". You must select which player you would like your multimedia file to play in. Once you have selected which file you would like to insert and in which player you would like for your file to play in simply left click on the "Insert Media".
Note: You are able to make images "Master Objects". A Master Object is an item that you wish to appear on your website on every page in the exact same location.

Deleting multimedia is very simple. Once you have located the multimedia file you would like to delete from your website, simply left click on it once. You will see the object toolbar appear. On the object toolbar locate the "Trash Can" icon; it is the last icon to the right. Left click on the "Trash Can" icon and the following statement will appear: "Are You Sure You Want To Remove This Object?", if you are certain, left click "Ok", if not, left click "Cancel".
Note: You are able to make multimedia "Master Objects". A Master Object is an item that you wish to appear on your website on every page in the exact same location. If you delete an object that is a "Master Object" it will delete it off every page. Be very careful when deleting master objects from your website.

With drag-and-drop technology, moving multimedia could not be easier! To move multimedia, simply left click on the multimedia object once and you will see the "Object Toolbar" appear.
Once the toolbar appears, left click & hold over the multimedia and drag-and-drop your multimedia to wherever you desire.
Note: You are able to make multimedia a "Master Objects". A Master Object is an item that you wish to appear on your website on every page in the exact same location. If you move navigation that is a "Master Object" it will move it on every page. Be very careful when moving master objects on your website.

Before you move multimedia objects forwards and backwards, you must understand that the Handzon Application is a 3 dimensional program; it allows you to place objects one on top of the other.
To move multimedia in back of an object, simply left click on the multimedia object once and you will notice the "Object Toolbar" appear.
On the toolbar you are going to left click on the "Down Arrow"; the third icon from the left. Simply left click on the down arrow until the multimedia is behind the object.
Note: You may have to left click several times to have the multimedia move behind the object.

To stretch a multimedia object, simply left click on the multimedia once and you will notice the "Object Toolbar" appear. On the toolbar you are going to left click on the "Stretch Layer" icon; the third icon from the right. Simply left click on the "Stretch Layer" icon and you will notice red cross hairs appear around the multimedia. Move your cursor to the bottom right of the multimedia until you see a "Slanting Double Arrow" appear. Once the "Slanting Double Arrow" appears, left click and hold the mouse button while you stretch your multimedia object to your desire.
Note: You are able to make multimedia "Master Objects". A Master Object is an item that you wish to appear on your website on every page in the exact same location. If you stretch an object that is a "Master Object" it will stretch it on every page. Be very careful when stretching master objects on your website.

Within the "Edit Object Properties" window, the fourth section is titled "X Position: Y Position:". Within this section, simply enter the number of where you want your image to be placed. Once complete, click on "Ok" at the bottom of the window.
Note: The "X Position" runs horizontally, while the "Y Position" runs vertically.
Note: You are able to make a multimedia object "Master Objects". A Master Object is an item that you wish to appear on your website on every page in the exact same location. If you reposition an object that is a "Master Object" it will reposition it on every page. Be very careful when repositioning master objects on your website.

Within the "Edit Object Properties" window, the fifth section is titled "Object Width: Object Height:". Within this section, simply enter the number of how wide and tall you wish to stretch your multimedia object. Once complete, click on "Ok" at the bottom of the window.
Note: You are able to make multimedia objects "Master Objects". A Master Object is an item that you wish to appear on your website on every page in the exact same location. If you edit an object that is a "Master Object" it will edit it on every page. Be very careful when editing master objects on your website.

Note: If you do not make a selection, by default "Windows Media" will be set. The available players are Windows Media, Real Media, Quick Time and Flash.

To upload a pdf file, simply left click on the "Insert" button on the control panel. The "Insert" window will now appear. Within the "Insert" window, left click on the "Image" icon. Once the "Insert Image" window appears.

To create a link to a pdf file from the text editor, simply left click on the "Insert" button on the control panel. The "Insert" window will now appear. Within the "Insert" window, left click on the "Text" icon. Once the "Text Editor" appears, simply enter your text within the space provided. Before you left click on the "Apply" button, highlight the portion of your text where you wish to create a link to a pdf file. Once your text is highlighted, left click on the "Insert Link" button. The "Insert Link" window will now appear; simply select "Internal File Link:". On the drop down list you will notice all the files that have been uploaded into your library. Simply select the pdf file you wish to link to. At the bottom of the "Insert Link" window you will notice "Open Link In:", select whether you wish your link to open in a new window or the same window. After you have made your choices, left click on the "Make Link" button. You will then have to left click on the "Apply" button at the bottom right of your "Text Editor".
