Email setup for Microsoft Outlook

The very first step in setting up your e-mail is to log into the application at handzon.com and clicking on Domain name / Email. Once there click on "Manage email for this domain name to setup your email addresses.
Once this has been completed, you can continue with the instructions below.
Microsoft outlook Email setup

First to begin by opening Microsoft outlook. Click your Start menu at the bottom left-hand corner of the screen, to programs, to Microsoft outlook.
Once the application opens, click on tools, to e-mail accounts.
You will be adding a new e-mail account. Once this is complete click next.
You will be setting up a POP3 account, click next.
Account settings
The very first setting will be "your name".
- E-mail address: your username@website.com (your web site domain name). This is the e-mail address that you have requested to be set up.
- Incoming mail server: mail.website.com (your web site domain name)
- Outgoing
mail server: this is your Internet service
provider's SMTP. an example of this would be; mail.EarthLink.net,
mail.aol.com etc.

- THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT
- Username: This must be your COMPLETE e-mail address i.e. username@website.com (username i.e. john@website.com, "website.com" is your web site domain name).
- Password: The password you have sent to us
- Test account settings: we would suggest testing the account once all of the information has been filled out.
You have just successfully set up your e-mail.
