Trouble Shooting / Errors:
- I cannot log into the system

There could be several reasons for this, we will give you the most common...
- If you are running a pop up blocker, this could be stopping the window from opening. You must disable the pop up blocker temporary
- If you are running virus protection software, it could be stopping the transfer of information. You must disable the antivirus software temporarily.
- The Application will not load

There can be several reasons for this, we have listed steps that need to be taken.
- Be sure that you are connected to the Internet.
- Be sure that you are using Internet Explorer browser only
- Insure that you have the latest version of Internet Explorer. Please review "getting started" for details.
- There may be virus protection software that is not allowing the transfer of information. Please review "getting started" for details.
- Check to see if your firewall is allowing the transfer of information. If not, disable the software temporarily. Please review "getting started" for details.
- Download the latest version of Flash Player. Click Here
- Object will not release from mouse?

If you have clicked over an object to move it within your canvas and you can not drop the object, simply press the F5 key on your keyboard.
- The browser continues to freeze

- Log out of the system completely, reopen Internet Explorer. within the top of the menu of Internet Explorer go to tools, Internet options. Within the first tab, delete the cookies and delete the temporary files.
- Now click on the settings button and be sure that you are set to "automatically" Log back into the system.
- There is an error edit.js when using the paste html

This is caused because of the firewall on your computer, disable the firewall until you are finished.
