Setting up e-mail for the first time
Step 1:
Go to the main menu of the application [the very first page when you log into the Handzon application].Step 2:
Scroll down the page and click on domain / e-mailStep 3:
Click on manage domain names
Step 4:
(Skip this step and go to Step 5 if you have entered your domain name already).
Scroll down the page and enter your domain name within the "add new domain" box. Do not put www. before the name, only insert the domain name i.e. websitename.com and click the "ADD" button.Now that you have added your domain name, you can now begin managing your e-mail addresses. You'll notice that there is a button below the domain listing "manage e-mail for this domain", click the button and a new window will open to the mail administration page.

The password for your e-mail is automatically set up and is the same password that you use to access the application.
Step 6:
To check you email using the internet, go to mail.handzon.com and enter the FULL EMAIL ADDRESS and the password you have setup in the administration section to log in.
Configuring Outlook express and Microsoft outlook
Once email setup has been completed, you can configure your e-mail client.
Creating / editing additional e-mail addresses to an already existing domain name
Step 1.
Open up Internet Explorer and type in mail.handzon.com (WITHOUT the www.) Within the address bar of Internet explorer.Step 2.
Click Web based mail administration (Last link on the page)Step 3.
Your domain name should be entered into the domain name box i.e. typeinyourdomain.com (enter your domain name) and the temporary password is changeme (provided you have not already changed it).If you recieve an error at the top of the page that the domain name was not found, follow Step3.b

Step 3.b (if needed)
If you already have a domain name listed and your emails were working before and this is your first time using the NEW web-based mail administration, you will need to DELETE the domain name and re-enter it again. THEN you can click on "manage email accounts".
Step 4.
At the main menu, click Email accountsStep 5.
You will see all of the user names for your account.Step 6.
If you'd like to change the e-mail passwords you can do so by clicking on modify user for the appropriate username.
(If your email in Outlook express or Microsoft Outlook worked before but the passwords are not working since the new Handzon web mail update, change the password by clicking "modify user". Once the password has been changed back to the original passwords, Outlook will again be working. ALL SETTINGS CAN STAY THE SAME.
Step 7.
You can continue checking mail from Outlook express or Microsoft outlook, [but you must be sure to update the passwords within this administrative panel with the original passwords]Step 8.
Now that you have Web based e-mail, you can also check your e-mail online by going to mail.handzon.com and click on webmail. Enter the Full email address and your password.
Step 9.
CHANGE THE POSTMASTER PASSWORD from changeme to something else!If you have already changed the password, you can enter the new password.
